Our Breads
FLATBREAD
All of our breads are derived from original recipes and baked fresh daily on premises. The dough is prepared, proofed and rolled out in our kitchen, where a baker’s touch forms all of the breads individually by hand. Unlike packaged breads, Flatbread Grill®’s breads are free of preservatives and artificial flavors. |
 LAVASH
Historically,lavash was conceived in the Middle East and was one of the very first breads prepared by humans. Used to prepare our FLAT WRAPS and some of our FLAT MELTS, our lavash comes in three flavors: ORIGINAL, TOMATO BASIL, and WHOLE WHEAT. The lavash, being one of our flattest breads, resembles a tortilla, but has a much more delicate texture. Soft and thin, the lavash breads are hand rolled every morning and evening. |
THUMB BREAD™
An original name and a modified recipe developed by Flatbread Grill ®, THUMB BREAD™ was modeled after traditional Turkish bread known as tirnakli pide. Being our thickest bread, THUMB BREAD™ comes in three different varieties: ORIGINAL THUMB™, ROSEMARY GARLIC THUMB™, and ASIAGO THUMB™. This bread is served alongside our GOURMET SALADS, SOUPS, as well as used to make some of our flat melts. |
PIATTA BREAD™
Derived from an original recipe, our PIATTA BREAD™ is our specialty pita bread. Slightly fluffier and definitely more flavorful than bland packaged pita, our PIATTA BREAD™ comes in two choices: ORIGINAL PIATTA™ and WHOLE WHEAT PIATTA™. Our pita pocket sandwiches all feature our signature ORIGINAL PIATTA™ bread. Whole wheat may be substituted for original. |
